1. I am surprised by the number of standard features available on your utility vehicles, many of these I would have to pay extra for with other manufacturers (the moveable winch, lights, glove compartment, polished wheels etc) There must be a catch?

There is no catch, the price you see is the price you pay.  Delivery is free within a 25 mile radius otherwise there is a small additional charge.

2. How often do I need to service my vehicle?

The engine oil (and oil filter) needs changing after the first 5 hours of operation and then again at every 100 hours. We supply an oil filter and enough oil free with your new machine for your first service. We can, of course, do this for you if you prefer.

3. Are the buggies 2 or 4-wheel drive?

All the buggies in the range are 2-wheel drive. If you are looking for a 4-wheel drive vehicle then you may wish to consider a utility vehicle.

4. Can I put a tow bar on a buggy?

The buggies are designed for recreational purposes and, as such are not designed to fit a tow bar. Our range of utility vehicles may suit your purposes better.

5. I am quite tall and I am keen to know which buggy would suit me.

The driver seats are adjustable but we would advise you come and try the machines for size. If you are around 6ft tall you may find that the 800 Viper would suit you best or we can take orders for the 1100cc version. If you are interested in this model let us know and we can tell you more about it.

6. I would like to get a buggy for my teenage son but I am unsure which would be best.

The 250 Viper is an ideal starter machine and has a simple brake and accelerator (like an automatic car) with a high and low range gear ratio

7. What happens if I need parts for my vehicle?

We carry a good stock of spare parts for each vehicle and if we don’t have what you need we can get it dispatched quickly. These parts can be fitted at our workshop premises and we will be happy to pick up and return your machine if required.

We have asked for parts from the handful of the independent sellers in the UK who have assured us they offer ‘better than the rest’ after-sales service . We have experienced delays with some and received the wrong parts. This is not the case with all the businesses that we have contacted and, of course, the choice is obviously yours but do be sure you are dealing with a reputable company.
