Deposit

We ask for a non refundable deposit to confirm an order. This deposit will secure the ordered vehicle (colour and model). Once these funds have cleared, we will begin preparing your vehicle.

Payment

Payment of the outstanding balance can be made by Debit Card, Cheque, or Bank transfer (ie. BACS or CHAPS) only. All funds must clear prior to delivery of goods.

The Goods

The goods will remain as the property of Extreme Buggies until the balance is paid in full and funds have cleared. If a delivery date has been agreed and funds have not cleared in time the goods will be held until the funds have cleared. A delivery date will then be rescheduled. Extreme Buggies will not be held responsible for any delays caused by late payment.
